03 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
04 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
05 - 2 egg yolks

→ Cookie Layer

06 - ¼ cup melted butter
07 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
08 - 2 tablespoons white sugar
09 - 2 egg yolks
10 - ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
11 - ¼ teaspoon baking soda
12 - ½ teaspoon salt
13 - ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Line two small oven-safe ramekins with parchment paper. Crumple the paper for an easy fit, then press it into each ramekin.
02 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and egg yolks until smooth. Divide the brownie batter evenly between the ramekins, spreading it to form the bottom layer.
04 - In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and egg yolks. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
05 - Split the cookie dough in half and press each portion over the brownie layer in each ramekin. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
06 - Place ramekins in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and set.
07 - Let the brookies cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm on their own, or with a scoop of ice cream or dollop of whipped cream.
