Gently stir in the frozen peas and let everything bake for 5 more minutes.

Turn the oven down to 200°C. Put the baking dish back inside and leave it there for another 25 minutes.

Pour in the hot broth and give it all a good stir.

Take the baking dish out and spread the orzo pasta all around the chicken.

Slide the whole thing into the oven and roast everything for 20 minutes.

Toss chicken legs, onion, garlic, and peppers into a large dish. Hit everything with some salt and pepper and splash on some olive oil.
