Easy Turkey Sausage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for frying
02 - 1 pound of lean ground turkey

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon of table salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sage, dried
06 - 1/2 teaspoon regular black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar or maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Put the turkey, olive oil, and every seasoning into a big bowl. Stir it all together until it's evenly blended.
02 - Split the mixture into 6 portions by hand, and flatten each portion into patties.
03 - Warm a non-stick pan on medium heat. Cook each patty for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
