Egg Roll Bowl Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Veggies

01 - Carrots, shredded finely
02 - Minced garlic, super fine
03 - Chunky ground beef pieces
04 - Chopped onion, fresh
05 - Pre-made coleslaw mix

→ Sauce & Seasonings

06 - Soy sauce, low in sodium
07 - Powdered onion
08 - Toasted sesame oil
09 - A pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
10 - Ground ginger spice
11 - Powdered garlic
12 - Vegetable oil for cooking

→ Toppings

13 - Sliced green onions for a fresh pop

# Instructions:

01 - Use a big pan on medium heat and cook the ground beef in chunks. Drain the extra fat out at the end.
02 - Add garlic and diced onions to the pan. Stir it well until the onions turn soft and see-through.
03 - Drizzle the sesame oil, toss in coleslaw mix, and carrots. Give it a good stir and cook it down for about 5 minutes.
04 - In a small bowl, mix your soy sauce, seasonings, and oil. Pour the mixture over everything in the pan.
05 - Turn down the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until it’s all ready.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t overheat the pan or the garlic could burn.
02 - Pre-shredded carrots will save you time.
