Cinnamon French Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base for Rolls

01 - Soft bread slices, crusts trimmed
02 - Butter, melted
03 - Cinnamon, ground
04 - Brown sugar

→ Coating Mix

05 - Milk
06 - Eggs, large
07 - Ground cinnamon
08 - Vanilla flavoring

→ For Frying

09 - Butter for the pan

# Instructions:

01 - Trim crusts, then press each piece flat with a rolling pin.
02 - Combine sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Smear onto bread without covering edges.
03 - Tightly roll the bread and seal the ends firmly.
04 - Beat together vanilla, eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
05 - Dunk rolls in the coating and fry in butter until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Pick fresh, soft bread for the best results.
02 - Don’t soak the rolls in egg mixture too long.
03 - These can be frozen and reheated later.
