# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of pancake mix
02 - ¾ cup milk
03 - 1 big egg
04 - 20 large marshmallows
05 - 2 to 3 cups cooking oil (for frying)

06 - Sprinkles (use only if desired)
07 - Chocolate sauce (optional)
08 - Whipped cream (only if you like)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up about 3 inches of oil in a large pot until it reaches 350°F.
02 - Whisk the pancake mix, milk, and egg in a mixing bowl until smooth. Make sure it’s thick enough to cover the marshmallows without dripping.
03 - Dip each marshmallow into the batter. Turn it around to coat it fully, then gently shake off the extra batter.
04 - Gently put the coated marshmallows into the hot oil. Fry for about 30 seconds to a minute, flipping them occasionally, until they’re golden and crispy.
05 - Lift the fried marshmallows out with a slotted spoon and set them on paper towels to drain the oil. Serve them warm with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or sprinkles on top if you like.
