Heat up about 3 inches of oil in a large pot until it reaches 350°F.

Whisk the pancake mix, milk, and egg in a mixing bowl until smooth. Make sure it’s thick enough to cover the marshmallows without dripping.

Dip each marshmallow into the batter. Turn it around to coat it fully, then gently shake off the extra batter.

Gently put the coated marshmallows into the hot oil. Fry for about 30 seconds to a minute, flipping them occasionally, until they’re golden and crispy.

Lift the fried marshmallows out with a slotted spoon and set them on paper towels to drain the oil. Serve them warm with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or sprinkles on top if you like.
