Gooey Cinnamon Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3/4 cup whole milk
02 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
03 - 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
04 - 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
05 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 3/4 teaspoon fine salt
08 - 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
09 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
10 - 1 1/2 cups boiling water

→ Topping

11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 - 1/4 cup white sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Pour the melted butter evenly across the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
02 - In a big bowl, combine sugar, vanilla, and milk, stirring well. Toss in the flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. Stir until it’s just blended together.
03 - Dollop the batter carefully over the butter—don’t stir it in. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Slowly pour the hot water over everything without mixing.
04 - Put it in the oven for around 30-35 minutes, until it turns golden and mostly solid.
05 - Combine the topping’s sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle it over the warm cobbler. Let it cool for a little bit before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes great warmed up with vanilla ice cream.
02 - Keep in the fridge, covered, for no longer than four days.
03 - Freeze it for up to two months. Defrost before heating again.
