Layer cooked ham, spicy salami, and pancetta on one half of the ciabatta. Add fresh tomato slices and sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt to enhance the flavors.

Place slices of Monterey Jack cheese on top of the layered ingredients. Return the sandwich to the air fryer or oven until the cheese melts.
