# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 halve slices ciabatta

→ Deli Meats

02 - 100 g cooked ham
03 - 100 g spicy salami
04 - 100 g pancetta

05 - 7 slices Monterey Jack cheese

06 - ½ tomato

→ Seasoning and Condiments

07 - Kosher salt
08 - Black pepper
09 - Balsamic glaze

→ Coleslaw Mixture

10 - 1 cup shredded cabbage
11 - 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing, homemade or store-bought

→ Spread for Bread

12 - 2 tablespoons pesto
13 - 4 tablespoons butter
14 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice the ciabatta loaf in half horizontally to create your sandwich base.
02 - Mix butter, pesto, and chopped parsley. Generously spread the mixture on the cut sides of the ciabatta. Place the halves in the air fryer or oven, and broil until they become golden and crisp.
03 - Layer cooked ham, spicy salami, and pancetta on one half of the ciabatta. Add fresh tomato slices and sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt to enhance the flavors.
04 - Place slices of Monterey Jack cheese on top of the layered ingredients. Return the sandwich to the air fryer or oven until the cheese melts.
05 - Sprinkle black pepper over the melted cheese. Add a generous amount of coleslaw mixture on top, then close the sandwich with the other half of the ciabatta.
