Breakfast Biscuit Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 eggs, large.
02 - 1 pound ground sausage.
03 - 1 cup cheddar, shredded.
04 - 1 packet sausage gravy mix, with pepper.
05 - 1/2 cup milk.
06 - 1 can (Grands) biscuits, uncooked.
07 - Salt and black pepper for seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grease a big rectangular pan (9x13).
02 - In a pan, cook the sausage until it's fully browned and crumbled apart.
03 - Whisk the gravy packet with water, toss it into the pan, and let it simmer until it thickens up.
04 - Stir the shredded cheese into the gravy mix so it melts smoothly.
05 - Pour the sausage gravy into the dish, add whisked eggs on top, then layer with biscuits.
06 - Bake everything for about 25-30 minutes, just until the biscuits are golden brown and the eggs firm up.
