Greek Yogurt Dough Bites (Printable Version)

Loads of protein, tons of flavor, and natural sweetness in every bite of this Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 tbsp chocolate chips
02 - ¼ cup oat flour (almond flour works too)
03 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
04 - 1 tbsp honey or swap for maple syrup
05 - 2 tbsp peanut butter (almond butter is fine)
06 - ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla both good)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pop those cookies in the fridge for around 30 minutes so they set up. Once they're nice and firm, grab a bite! Tuck leftover cookies in a sealed container, and they'll be good for 3 days in the fridge.
02 - Split the dough right down the middle. Roll each half into a ball and gently press to turn them into cookie rounds.
03 - Dump oat flour into your bowl and stir until everything looks like sticky dough.
04 - Toss Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla, and honey into a bowl. Stir everything together until super smooth.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Swap peanut butter for almond butter if that's your thing or if peanuts are off-limits.
02 - Use almond flour to cut carbs if you want something lighter.
03 - Perfect for dessert or a snack, and you can pack these into lunch bags without any hassle.
04 - Throw in whatever extras you like—nuts, seeds, raisins—it’s up to you!
