Greek Yogurt Protein Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 egg, beaten lightly
02 - 1/4 tsp table salt
03 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, fat-free
04 - 2 tsp baking powder
05 - 1 cup all-purpose flour, plus about 1/4 cup more for dusting

→ For Topping

06 - Bagel seasoning mix

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it warm up.
02 - Stir together baking powder, salt, and flour in a mixing bowl.
03 - Pour in the Greek yogurt and use your hands to combine until you get a soft dough. Sprinkle in tablespoons of additional flour if it’s too sticky.
04 - Move the dough onto a floured surface. Knead for a couple of minutes while dusting your hands with flour to keep from sticking.
05 - Break the dough into four sections. Roll each piece into a strand, then join the ends to form a bagel circle.
06 - Lay out the bagels on a sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with the whisked egg and sprinkle the seasoning mix on top.
07 - Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown on top. Let them cool for about 10 minutes before cutting.
