Set your oven to 400°F and let it warm up.

Stir together baking powder, salt, and flour in a mixing bowl.

Pour in the Greek yogurt and use your hands to combine until you get a soft dough. Sprinkle in tablespoons of additional flour if it’s too sticky.

Move the dough onto a floured surface. Knead for a couple of minutes while dusting your hands with flour to keep from sticking.

Break the dough into four sections. Roll each piece into a strand, then join the ends to form a bagel circle.

Lay out the bagels on a sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with the whisked egg and sprinkle the seasoning mix on top.

Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown on top. Let them cool for about 10 minutes before cutting.
