Dice the tomato, shred the cheese if it’s not done, and slice the lettuce into thin pieces. Get everything on the counter before starting.

Lay a tortilla flat and pile it with 2 tablespoons of tomato, 1/2 cup of chicken, 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/3 cup tortilla strips, and 1 tablespoon each of ranch and chipotle sauce.

Tuck the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it snugly from the bottom going up.

Heat a skillet to medium-high. Place the burrito seam-side down and turn it until all sides are toasty and golden.
