Grilled Chipotle Chicken Wrap (Print)

A delicious wrap stuffed with grilled chicken, melted cheese, crisp veggies, and a creamy, smoky chipotle ranch sauce. Great for fast dinners!

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 8 big flour tortillas (10 inches each).
03 - 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped into bites (about 4 cups).
04 - 16 ounces grilled chicken strips.
05 - 1/2 cup ranch sauce.
06 - 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes (roughly 1 large beefsteak tomato).
07 - 3 ounces crispy tortilla strips.
08 - 1/2 cup Taco Bell's Chipotle Sauce.

# Steps:

01 - Dice the tomato, shred the cheese if it’s not done, and slice the lettuce into thin pieces. Get everything on the counter before starting.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat and pile it with 2 tablespoons of tomato, 1/2 cup of chicken, 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/3 cup tortilla strips, and 1 tablespoon each of ranch and chipotle sauce.
03 - Tuck the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it snugly from the bottom going up.
04 - Heat a skillet to medium-high. Place the burrito seam-side down and turn it until all sides are toasty and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Colby Jack or Mexican blended cheese works too.
02 - Crunchy chips can replace tortilla strips if needed.
03 - Tastes best when eaten hot and fresh.
