# Ingredients:

→ Sides

01 - Hearty country bread for eating alongside

→ Fats & Seasoning

02 - 50 g plain butter, melted
03 - Black pepper to taste
04 - Salt to your liking

→ Meat & Broth

05 - 680 g corned beef, sliced
06 - 550 ml beef broth

→ Veggies & Potatoes

07 - 3 carrots, sliced up
08 - 1 big onion, sliced
09 - 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced

# Steps:

01 - Dish it out hot and hand out that thick bread if you want.
02 - Lay down the last of the potato slices. Spread the melted butter over top, then pour beef broth all over the layers.
03 - Pull off the foil and paper. Pop it back in for another 15–20 minutes. You want those potatoes nice and crispy with a golden look.
04 - Switch your oven to 180°C. Give your baking dish a quick swipe with melted butter.
05 - Start with a layer of potatoes at the bottom, then pile on some onion, carrot, and a bit of corned beef. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Do this twice more.
06 - Put some parchment on the dish, then cover totally with foil. Bake for 50 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Try tossing a little thyme or rosemary on the layers for extra flavor.
