Hashbrown Sausage Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs pork sausage, ground.
02 - 26 oz bag of frozen hash browns.
03 - 1 cup red bell pepper, diced.
04 - 1/2 cup green onions, sliced.
05 - 12 eggs, large.
06 - 1 1/4 cups milk, whole.
07 - 1 1/4 tsp salt.
08 - 3/4 tsp black pepper.
09 - 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13 pan lightly with oil or butter.
02 - Crumble sausage into a pan and cook till browned. Scoop out with a slotted spoon.
03 - Using the same skillet, saute hash browns, peppers, and onions for about 5 minutes, until softened.
04 - Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk well, then stir in the sausage, veggies, and 2 cups of the cheese.
05 - Pour the mixture into your greased pan. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake for 55 minutes, until fully set.

# Notes:

01 - You can make it the night before.
02 - Let it sit for about 5 minutes before cutting.
