Herb Lobster Tails (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails.
02 - A pinch of salt and black pepper.
03 - 1/4 cup butter, melted.
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
06 - 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary.
07 - 1 teaspoon minced thyme leaves.
08 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to broil (500°F). Use kitchen shears to cut the top of the lobster shells, then lift up the meat.
02 - Sprinkle salt and pepper over the exposed lobster meat.
03 - Combine the melted butter with garlic, parsley, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
04 - Brush each lobster tail generously with the herby butter mix.
05 - Broil for about 8-10 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly golden.

01 - Eat right after cooking.
02 - You can pair it with extra melted butter if you'd like.
