Honey Vanilla Loaf (Printable Version)

Fluffy banana loaf sweetened with honey and a hint of vanilla. Every slice is cozy and naturally tasty.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 g salt
02 - 170 g honey
03 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted
04 - 3 big bananas, way overripe (around 340 g), mashed up
05 - 5 ml vanilla extract
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 5 g baking soda
08 - 120 g plain flour

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Let the bread hang out in the pan for about 10 minutes, then pop it onto a rack and let it chill out until it's all the way cool.
02 - Dump your batter in the loaf tin and even it out. Bake it for an hour. Stick a toothpick in the middle — if it comes out clean, you’re set.
03 - Slowly mix the dry stuff into your wet bowl, stirring just enough to mix things up. Don’t go crazy with the stirring.
04 - Use another bowl and toss in your flour, baking soda, and salt. Give everything a quick whisk.
05 - Pour in your eggs, honey, melted butter, and vanilla into the banana mush. Stir them together until it’s smooth.
06 - Grab a big bowl and smash those bananas up with a fork until they’re nice and smooth.
07 - Turn your oven on to 175°C. Rub some butter or spray onto your loaf pan so nothing sticks.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Bananas work best with brown spots, and if everything’s room temp, things come together even better.
