Let the bread hang out in the pan for about 10 minutes, then pop it onto a rack and let it chill out until it's all the way cool.

Dump your batter in the loaf tin and even it out. Bake it for an hour. Stick a toothpick in the middle — if it comes out clean, you’re set.

Slowly mix the dry stuff into your wet bowl, stirring just enough to mix things up. Don’t go crazy with the stirring.

Use another bowl and toss in your flour, baking soda, and salt. Give everything a quick whisk.

Pour in your eggs, honey, melted butter, and vanilla into the banana mush. Stir them together until it’s smooth.

Grab a big bowl and smash those bananas up with a fork until they’re nice and smooth.

Turn your oven on to 175°C. Rub some butter or spray onto your loaf pan so nothing sticks.
