Simple grinder salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing ingredients

01 - 1 tbsp vinegar (red wine type)
02 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
03 - 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
04 - 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 tsp of salt
06 - 1 tsp oregano (dried)
07 - Pinch of chili flakes (skip if spicy's not your thing)
08 - 2 tbsp Parmesan, finely grated

→ Salad ingredients

09 - 1/2 cup of salami, into small chunks
10 - 1/4 cup of red onion, in thin strips
11 - 1 cup of diced tomatoes
12 - 1/2 cup provolone, cut into small squares
13 - 1/2 cup deli turkey, torn into pieces
14 - 1/2 cup of pickled pepperoncini
15 - 1 head of iceberg lettuce roughly chopped up

# Instructions:

01 - Take a big bowl and throw in the mayo, vinegar, garlic, Parmesan, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Mix it all till smooth and creamy.
02 - Add the onions, chopped meats, spicy peppers, tomato chunks, and provolone squares right to your dressing bowl.
03 - Pile the chopped lettuce on top, then use tongs to toss everything together. Make sure the dressing completely covers all the ingredients.
04 - This salad is peak freshness when you eat it right away. Split it into two portions and dig in!
