Italian Chopped Salad (Printable Version)

A filling salad that combines deli meats, creamy cheese, crunchy veggies, and zesty Italian dressing for a satisfying bread-free meal.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup mayo.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
03 - A dash of black pepper, or however much you like.
04 - 1/3 cup chopped banana peppers.
05 - A teaspoon of dried oregano.
06 - A teaspoon of garlic powder.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon juice from banana pepper jar.
08 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar.
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
10 - 1/4 lb chopped salami.
11 - 1/4 lb turkey, also chopped.
12 - 1/4 lb pepperoni, diced up.
13 - 1/4 lb provolone cheese, diced into pieces.
14 - 1 cup of chopped grape tomatoes.
15 - 1/2 a red onion, sliced thinly.
16 - 1 head of iceberg lettuce, finely shredded.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Toss the lettuce, onion, tomato, meats, cheeses, and banana peppers into a big bowl.
02 - Whisk mayo, vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and banana pepper juice in a small bowl until it’s creamy.
03 - Pour dressing over the salad mix, stir everything real well, and dig in right away.
