Combine the eggs, shredded cheese, almond flour, and baking powder in a mixing bowl until a thick batter forms. Heat a mini waffle maker according to the instructions. Pour a scant 1/4 cup batter into the waffle maker, being careful not to overfill. Cook the waffles for about 3 minutes or until steam stops emitting. Repeat until 6 waffles are made.
02 -
Combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until seasonings are evenly incorporated. Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions. Use a burger press or parchment paper to flatten patties to approximately 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle the outside of each patty with additional salt and pepper or seasoned salt.
03 -
Heat a grill to high heat (400°F). Place the prepared burger patties on clean, preheated grill grates. Cook for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the desired doneness is reached. Add cheese on top of the patties and remove them from the grill.
04 -
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon salted butter to the hot skillet, ensuring it coats the bottom of the pan. Add the patties to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned on the bottom. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the desired doneness is achieved. Add cheese to the patties, remove the skillet from heat, and let sit for an additional minute to melt the cheese.
05 -
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Place the burger patties in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the patties and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until the desired doneness is reached. Add cheese to the patties and let the heat of the air fryer melt the cheese.
06 -
Layer the cooked burger patty, cheese, crisp bacon, vegetables, and chaffle buns. Serve immediately and enjoy!
