Breakfast Kolaches Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 6 precooked breakfast sausage links
02 - 12 frozen roll dough balls

→ Egg Mixture

03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
05 - 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
06 - 8 large eggs
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried onion powder

→ Toppings

08 - 1/4 cup mixed bagel seasoning
09 - 6 slices of cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Defrost roll dough for about 20 minutes until soft and pliable.
02 - Whisk the eggs with milk and spices, then scramble until just done. Stir in the sausage bits.
03 - Flatten the dough pieces, add the scrambled egg mixture and cheese slice, and pinch edges to hold it all inside. Use water to seal if necessary.
04 - Coat the top with bagel seasoning, place them on a sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and let them sit for 30 minutes.
05 - Arrange with 2 inches of space in between, bake at 350°F for 15 to 17 minutes, then leave them to cool for 10 minutes.
