Mango Ice Cream Delight (Print)

Rich mango, milk, and cream blend together for a cool, refreshing frozen treat everyone will love.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large fresh mangoes, peeled and chopped (or 3 cups thawed frozen mango chunks, approximately 2 cups pureed)
02 - ½ cup sugar
03 - ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
04 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - ¾ cup whole milk, divided
06 - ¾ cup heavy cream

# Steps:

01 - Place the mango in a blender along with ½ cup of milk. Puree until smooth.
02 - Add the sugar, salt, vanilla, remaining milk, and cream to the blender. Pulse to combine.
03 - Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
04 - Transfer the finished ice cream to an airtight container and place it in the freezer until ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - You can use milk, half and half, or a combination of milk and cream to prepare this ice cream.
02 - For a dairy-free option, substitute with 2 cups of coconut milk.
