Easy Mini Oreo Cheesecake Bites (Printable Version)

Oreo crumbs and cream cheese dipped in chocolate create simple, decadent cheesecake bites great for sharing.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 36 regular Oreo cookies (including filling)
02 - 170 grams full-fat cream cheese, softened
03 - 400 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
04 - 0.5 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil

→ Optional Garnishes

05 - Sprinkles
06 - Additional Oreo crumbs
07 - Extra melted chocolate (for drizzling or dipping)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Process Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Combine the crumbs with softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly until a smooth, even paste is formed.
02 - Portion mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and roll between hands until smooth. If the mixture is very sticky, refrigerate for 15 minutes. Arrange balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or freeze for 30 minutes.
03 - Place chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each time, until melted and smooth.
04 - Using a fork or dipping tool, submerge each chilled Oreo ball in melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then return to the parchment-lined sheet. While the coating is still wet, add sprinkles, extra Oreo crumbs, or drizzle additional melted chocolate, if desired.
05 - Refrigerate the coated balls for 1 hour, or until the chocolate sets completely before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and ensure it is properly softened to facilitate smooth blending.
02 - If chocolate thickens during coating, briefly reheat to restore fluid texture.
