Creamy Pasta Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Butter, unsalted
02 - Fettuccine pasta

→ Mushrooms

03 - Shiitake mushrooms
04 - Cremini mushrooms, thick slices

→ Aromatics

05 - Garlic, chopped small
06 - Fresh thyme sprigs
07 - Onion, sweet and diced

→ Sauce

08 - White wine, dry
09 - Heavy cream
10 - Chicken broth
11 - Grated Parmesan cheese
12 - Flour, multipurpose

→ Garnish

13 - Chopped, fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Make the pasta as directed on the box.
02 - Brown onions and mushrooms in butter for 8–10 minutes.
03 - Pour in wine to loosen browned bits after adding thyme, garlic, and flour.
04 - Stir in broth, cook for 7–9 minutes. Then mix in Parmesan and cream.
05 - Mix the pasta into the sauce, then toss on parsley to finish.
