# Steps:

01 - Slice mozzarella sticks into three pieces each and freeze them for at least 30 minutes. This slows melting during cooking.
02 - Use three bowls: one for flour, another for eggs, and mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in the third.
03 - Take frozen cheese chunks, coat in flour, dip in egg, and coat in breadcrumb mix. Press crumbs to stick well. Repeat egg and crumbs for crunchier bites.
04 - Lay the breaded cheese onto a baking tray and put them back in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes. This ensures they don’t melt when cooked.
05 - For frying: Heat oil to 350°F and cook in small batches for 1-2 minutes until golden. For baking: Lightly spray with cooking spray and bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
