01 - 1 large egg, lightly beaten
02 - 120 ml grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 5 ml Italian seasoning
04 - 2.5–5 ml crushed red pepper flakes
05 - 2.5 ml ground black pepper
06 - 4 tilapia fillets, approximately 170 g each

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the beaten egg in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and ground black pepper.
02 - Dip each tilapia fillet into the egg, ensuring full coverage. Transfer the fillet to the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even, cohesive coating.
03 - Place the coated fillets on a 38x25x2.5 cm baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
