Crank oven up to 350°F. Cover that 15x10 pan in foil with some extra at the edges and spray it well with cooking spray.

Blend butter, sugar, and salt until it’s nice and airy. Toss in eggs one by one and follow up with the flavorings and flour.

Press 3 cups of dough into your pan and pop it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Stir cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread it all over that crust.

Stir together sugar, cornstarch, and peach juice. Gently mix in peaches, then spread them right on top of the cream cheese layer.

Dollop the rest of your dough over the peaches. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool down completely before slicing.
