Quick Pepper Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
02 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger.
03 - 1.5 pounds of flank steak, sliced thin.
04 - Salt and black pepper to your liking.
05 - 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
06 - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
07 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced.
08 - 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
09 - 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
10 - 1 large sliced onion.
11 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips.
12 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips.
13 - 2 sliced green onions.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together cornstarch, oyster sauce, sugar, and soy sauce.
02 - Let the beef soak in the marinade for about 15 minutes.
03 - Brown the beef in hot oil on high heat.
04 - Take the beef out of the pan and set it aside.
05 - Cook the bell peppers, onion, ginger, and garlic in the pan.
06 - Put the beef back into the pan with the veggies.
07 - Sprinkle in some salt and pepper if needed.
08 - Top it off with green onions before serving.
