Philly Cheesesteak Garlic (Print)

A loaf stuffed with juicy steak, veggies, gooey cheese, and garlic. Crispy on the outside, savory inside.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium onion, sliced
02 - 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin or ribeye steak
03 - 1 French baguette
04 - 1 cup sliced bell peppers (assorted colors)
05 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
06 - 1 cup shredded mozz or provolone cheese

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.
02 - Heat a bit of olive oil, then soften the onion and peppers for around 5-7 minutes.
03 - Toss garlic and steak into the veggies, stirring until the meat is browned but still tender, about 4-5 minutes.
04 - Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, scoop out some middle, and stuff it with the steak mix and shredded cheese.
05 - Place on a sheet lined with parchment paper and bake it for roughly 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully gooey.
