Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.

Heat a bit of olive oil, then soften the onion and peppers for around 5-7 minutes.

Toss garlic and steak into the veggies, stirring until the meat is browned but still tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, scoop out some middle, and stuff it with the steak mix and shredded cheese.

Place on a sheet lined with parchment paper and bake it for roughly 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully gooey.
