# Ingredients:

01 - 90g egg whites at room temperature (about 3).
02 - 1½ cups of icing sugar (180g).
03 - ¼ tsp tartar powder.
04 - 1 cup of almond flour (100g).
05 - ¼ tsp red dye.
06 - 2 tablespoons thick cream.
07 - ¼ cup white sugar.
08 - ½ tsp vanilla extract.
09 - 1 cup sifted powdered sugar.
10 - ¼ cup softened butter.
11 - 1 tsp vanilla flavoring.

# Instructions:

01 - Print heart-shaped stencils. Pass almond flour and sugar through a sieve two times.
02 - Whisk egg whites with tartar powder until you see gentle peaks. Gradually mix in sugar and whisk to firm peaks.
03 - Stir in vanilla and food dye. Gently combine dry ingredients until it ribbons and flows in an 8-shape.
04 - Using the heart pattern as a guide, pipe shapes. Tap trays to release bubbles. Rest 45 mins to 1 hour.
05 - Cook at 315°F for about 13 mins till the signature feet appear. Cool fully before moving.
06 - Mix butter with icing sugar, cream, and vanilla till light and creamy.
07 - Spread filling on one cookie and stick another. Chill for a day or two.
