Easy Pizza Chips (Print)

Cheese and pepperoni crisp up into amazing, bold-flavored chips you’ll want for snacking or dipping.

# Ingredients:

→ Seasonings

01 - Italian spice blend for sprinkling on top

→ Deli Meats

02 - 48 slices mini pepperoni (21 g)

→ Dairy

03 - 80 g low-moisture mozzarella, shredded

# Steps:

01 - Let the pizza bites chill for a few minutes, then pop them out gently. Eat while they're still warm, and dunk into marinara sauce if you want.
02 - Put the muffin pan in your hot oven and bake for 8 minutes. The cheese edges should turn really golden and crunchy.
03 - Add a little Italian herb mix on each chunk for a tasty kick.
04 - Top each cheese mound with three mini pepperoni slices.
05 - Drop about 2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella into each greased muffin slot. Press down a bit so it's nice and even on the bottom.
06 - Turn your oven on to 350°F and let it warm up. Lightly grease 16 spots in a mini muffin pan so the bites pop right out later.

# Notes:

01 - Get extra crispy bites by picking low-moisture mozzarella. Let them cool down really well so they stay together.
