Pizza Grilled Cheese (Print)

Mozzarella melts perfectly with spicy pepperoni and crispy bread—classic Italian flavors in every bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Butter mix

01 - Half a teaspoon dried Italian herbs
02 - One teaspoon garlic powder
03 - One tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated fresh
04 - 115 g super soft unsalted butter

→ For sandwiches

05 - 170 g sliced pepperoni
06 - 12 slices mozzarella
07 - 8 slices white bread

→ To serve

08 - Warm pizza sauce for dipping

# Steps:

01 - Grab the sandwiches from the pan and bring 'em right to the table with warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
02 - Put a second slice of bread on top, buttered side up. Cook over medium-low heat until the first side gets deep golden, about 3-5 minutes. Flip it over and toast the other side so it’s crispy and the cheese gets nice and melty.
03 - Drop a bread slice, butter down, in the pan. Add a slice of mozzarella, then six pepperoni slices, another mozzarella slice, another set of six pepperoni, and one last mozzarella layer on top.
04 - Coat one side of each bread slice with the butter mix. Lay them out on a baking sheet, butter side up, so they're ready to go.
05 - Blend the soft butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian herbs together in a bowl till everything looks smooth and totally mixed.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes awesome with simple green salad or a bowl of tomato soup. You can also use Ranch or Marinara for dipping.
