Ranch Chicken Tacos (Print)

Tender chicken tacos with ranch flavors made easy in a slow cooker using simple pantry staples like taco seasoning and ranch mix.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of freshly made chicken broth.
02 - 4 boneless chicken breasts, whole.
03 - A packet of ranch mix (Hidden Valley works well).
04 - A packet of taco seasoning you love.
05 - Shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cups.
06 - 8-12 taco shells, crispy ones.
07 - Some lettuce, thinly sliced, from green leaf lettuce.
08 - Lite Ranch dressing for drizzling (Hidden Valley is great).

# Steps:

01 - Place the chicken inside your slow cooker. Stir ranch and taco seasonings into the chicken broth, and pour it all over the chicken.
02 - Put the lid on and cook it for 5-6 hours at a low temperature until the chicken is super soft.
03 - Take the chicken out and shred it into small pieces with two forks. Drop the shredded chicken back into the flavorful sauce.
04 - Stuff taco shells with the chicken mixture. Add the lettuce and cheese on top. Drizzle with ranch dressing if that’s your thing.

# Notes:

01 - Adding ranch seasoning gives these tacos a tangy, creamy flavor boost.
02 - Do the prep at night so you can start cooking it in the morning hassle-free.
