Kilted Sausage Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup melted butter.
02 - 2 teaspoons of poppy seeds.
03 - 4 oz cream cheese.
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
05 - 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
06 - 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 2 packs of crescent roll dough (8 oz each).
08 - 1 cup of shredded cheese.
09 - 2 packs of kielbasa or smoked sausage (12 oz each).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F, then lightly butter a big baking tray.
02 - Lay out the dough sheets and press the seams to make them one solid sheet.
03 - Spread cream cheese on half a sheet, wrap a sausage, and roll it up.
04 - Scatter shredded cheese across the first dough sheet, roll with sausage, and seal neatly.
05 - Slice the rolled dough into rounds about 3/4 inches thick and place them on the tray.
06 - Combine melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl.
07 - Brush butter mix over rolls, sprinkle poppy seeds on top, and bake for 15-18 minutes until light brown.

01 - Switch out the cheese type to change flavors.
02 - Slice sausages if they're curved; it'll roll easier.
03 - Tastes best served warm with sauces or dips.
