Scatter on basil, taste, add more salt or pepper if you like, then pile parmesan on top

Toss in pasta once it boils, put the lid on, turn it down and let it go for 15 minutes

Toss in garlic first, then dump in the tomatoes, stock, diced pepper, and your herbs and spices

Cook up the sausage and onions till they're browned, takes about 7 to 10 minutes, pour off any extra grease
