Italian Sausage Soup (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Chopped red bell pepper
02 - Crumbled Italian sausage
03 - Onion, diced up
04 - Garlic, minced

→ Liquids

05 - Beef stock
06 - Fire-roasted tomatoes, crushed

→ Pasta

07 - Fusilli or rotini noodles

→ Seasonings

08 - Dried oregano
09 - Italian spice blend
10 - Red pepper flakes (if you want it spicy)
11 - Torn fresh basil

→ For Serving

12 - Parmesan, grated

# Steps:

01 - Scatter on basil, taste, add more salt or pepper if you like, then pile parmesan on top
02 - Toss in pasta once it boils, put the lid on, turn it down and let it go for 15 minutes
03 - Toss in garlic first, then dump in the tomatoes, stock, diced pepper, and your herbs and spices
04 - Cook up the sausage and onions till they're browned, takes about 7 to 10 minutes, pour off any extra grease
