Smoked Salmon Eggs (Print)

Fluffy eggs with silky smoked salmon and fresh chives. Fancy but super easy and packed with flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Main stuff

01 - 1 tablespoon chopped chives
02 - 4 big eggs
03 - Salt, as much as you like
04 - 2 tablespoons butter
05 - Black pepper, as much as you want
06 - 100g smoked salmon, sliced up
07 - 60ml milk or cream

# Steps:

01 - Sprinkle the chopped chives over everything. Add salt and pepper how you like, then hand it out right away.
02 - Fold in those strips of smoked salmon, then let it all heat up for about a minute. Once the eggs are set and the salmon's warm, you're good.
03 - Use your spatula to gently move the eggs around. You want soft, chunky eggs—creamy but mostly cooked.
04 - Pour your egg mix into the hot pan. Don’t touch them for a few seconds—let them start to thicken up.
05 - Toss your butter in a nonstick pan and melt it over medium-low heat.
06 - Crack your eggs into a mixing bowl and pour in the milk or cream. Whisk it up good until totally blended.

# Notes:

01 - To make it extra tasty, put some toasted bagels or bread on the side at breakfast.
