Preheat to 375°F and place a cookie sheet inside. Wait 10-20 minutes for the crust to soften. Use a fork to poke small holes in the bottom and sides. Bake it on the sheet for about 9-11 minutes until it looks light golden.

Whip the cream cheese until it’s smooth. Crack in one egg at a time, blending after each. Stir in the pepper Jack cheese and shrimp pieces.

Spread the filling into your baked crust. Pop it onto the same cookie sheet, then bake for 30-35 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the center is firm and the top is golden.

Allow it to cool for 15 minutes first. Slice it up and enjoy while it’s warm.
