11 - Ranch salad dressing

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Arrange dill pickle slices on paper towels and let stand for 15 minutes to absorb excess moisture.
02 - In a shallow bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.
03 - In a second shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, dill pickle juice, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
04 - In a third shallow bowl, combine panko bread crumbs and snipped fresh dill.
05 - Dredge pickles in flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the panko-dill mixture, patting to help the coating adhere.
06 - Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place coated pickle slices in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
07 - Cook pickles for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy. Turn over, spritz with cooking spray, and continue cooking for an additional 5–7 minutes until uniformly crisp and golden.
08 - Serve immediately while hot. Accompany with ranch dressing if desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For optimal crunch, ensure the pickles are thoroughly dried before breading.
