01 -
Bake the stuffed bread for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melty and golden. Take it out, let it cool just a bit, then use a bread knife to cut into pieces.
02 -
Spoon the saucy spaghetti all over the bread boats you’ve made. Sprinkle both mozzarella and parmesan over the top of each half.
03 -
Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and scoop out the inside so there’s a nice hollow. Smear butter all over the cut sides, dust it with garlic powder, and toast it in the oven till it’s golden.
04 -
Add your cooked pasta to the sauce and stir until everything’s totally combined. Turn off the heat.
05 -
Toss tomato paste, tomato sauce, Italian herbs, minced garlic, salt and pepper in with the meat. Stir it all up, then let it simmer on low for about 5 to 8 minutes.
06 -
Cook ground beef and sausage together in a big pan over medium. Add the onion while it cooks, and let it all get nicely browned. Drain any extra grease and put the meat back in.
07 -
Set your oven to 190°C top and bottom heat. Boil your spaghetti in plenty of salted water, then drain when it’s just right.
