Toss honey, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne into the same pan. Stir it around and let it bubble until it thickens after 2-3 minutes.

After slicing the cooked chicken, toss it back in the skillet and coat it evenly with the sweet and spicy sauce.

Cook pasta as explained on the package. In the meantime, melt butter in a pot, add flour, then keep stirring it around for a minute.

Slowly whisk in milk until smooth, then heat until the mixture thickens in about 2-3 minutes. Take it off the heat and stir cheddar and mozzarella until it melts into the sauce.

Combine pasta with the creamy cheese sauce. Add the chicken coated in honey sauce to the top, then sprinkle parsley before serving.
