Put the top bagel half over everything, gently press down, and eat while it's nice and hot.

Spread the breakfast sauce all over both bagel halves. Stack the steak, caramelized onions, square-shaped scrambled egg, and a cheese slice onto the bottom piece.

Whisk the egg with some milk. Melt the rest of your butter in the pan, pour in the egg, and let it cook while folding it gently into a square.

Throw your steak patty or beef slices into that same pan. Brown on both sides for about 3-4 minutes each, until fully cooked and tasty. Pull it out and keep it warm.

Start with half the butter in a pan on medium. Cook the onions until golden and soft, stirring every now and then, for about 5-7 minutes. Take off the heat and set aside.

Mix mayo, mustard, lemon juice, sugar, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl until smooth as can be. Set it aside for later.
