Egg Roll Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 1 lb ground meat (turkey, pork, or chicken)

→ Fresh Vegetables

02 - 2 medium carrots, grated
03 - 1 medium onion, diced
04 - 1 medium green cabbage head, thinly chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
06 - 2 green onions, chopped into slices
07 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced

→ Sauce & Seasonings

08 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
09 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
10 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
11 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

→ Garnish

13 - Sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up vegetable oil in a big pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook, breaking it into bits, until browned and fully done. Remove any extra grease.
02 - Toss in the garlic, ginger, and diced onion. Stir everything around until the onion softens and smells amazing, around 2-3 minutes.
03 - Throw in the grated carrots and sliced cabbage. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crunchy.
04 - Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Drizzle it over the pan and stir for another 2 minutes so the flavors mix well.
05 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy warm with rice or cauliflower rice if you like.
