Strawberry Brownies Bars (Print)

Quick strawberry brownies made with cake mix and a glazed topping. Great for a fast sweet treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Brownies

01 - 1 teaspoon strawberry flavoring
02 - 1/3 cup melted salted butter
03 - 2 eggs (large)
04 - 1 box strawberry-flavored cake mix

→ Glaze

05 - 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
06 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar
07 - 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Cover the baking pan with parchment paper and lightly coat it with spray.
02 - Combine the cake mix with eggs, the melted butter, and the strawberry flavoring until blended.
03 - Pour the mixture into the pan evenly. Bake for around 18-25 minutes or until you can poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
04 - Let everything cool down first. Mix glaze ingredients in a bowl and spread them on top of the brownies. Slice them into portions.

# Notes:

01 - You can sub butter with oil if needed.
02 - Baking time may slightly differ.
03 - Makes around 9-12 pieces based on how you cut it.
