Strawberry Cheesecake Cake (Print)

Creamy cheesecake, juicy strawberries, and buttery cake all mashed together for a treat you can whip up in no time.

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Layer

01 - One box (about 425 g) yellow cake mix

→ Fruit Layer

02 - A can (850 g) strawberry pie filling

→ Cream Cheese Mixture

03 - 225 g cream cheese, let it get soft
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 big egg
06 - 50 g regular sugar

→ Topping

07 - 115 g unsalted butter, melted down

# Steps:

01 - Once it's baked, wait a bit so it can set before scooping out a piece.
02 - Pop it in the oven you already heated up for 40 minutes or so. The top should look golden and you’ll see bubbles around the edges.
03 - Dump the yellow cake mix all over the top, then pour the melted butter on as evenly as you can to soak most of the surface.
04 - Drop the cream cheese mixture in spoonfuls over the fruit layer wherever you like.
05 - First, get the strawberry pie filling into the bottom of your baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
06 - Toss the softened cream cheese, vanilla, egg, and sugar into a bowl. Mix them until it’s smooth and creamy.
07 - Set your oven to 175°C so it’s ready when you are.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t mix it up once everything’s in the pan or the layers won’t stay nice and separate. Let it cool down before cutting so the pieces come out clean.
