→ For Assembly

09 - 6 thin cake layers or large crepes
10 - Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top

# Steps:

01 - Whip up the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar till it’s smooth. Separately, whip the cream until fluffy, then fold it carefully into the cream cheese mix.
02 - Toss the chopped strawberries with sugar and leave for about 10 minutes so they get juicy.
03 - Stir the crushed cookies and melted butter together until it’s crumbly and sticks together slightly.
04 - Spread filling on a crepe, sprinkle some crumbs, and top it with strawberries. Roll it up tightly like sushi.
05 - Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour. Slice into 1-inch rounds and dust with powdered sugar.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling is key to slicing neatly, so don’t skip it.
