Add walnuts and stir so they're fully coated.

Turn on medium heat and melt butter with brown sugar substitute in a pot.

Keep whisking until everything is smooth and the sugar is fully dissolved.

Take off the heat and mix in vanilla.

Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Let it sit for 30 minutes to cool.
