Set your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread your crackers out evenly over it.

In a pan, heat the butter. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Keep stirring until it’s dissolved. Let it boil for a couple of minutes until it thickens up.

Drizzle the caramel all over the crackers, making sure it covers them nicely. Sprinkle some salt on top.

Put it in the oven for 7-9 minutes, and keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.

Cool completely, then break into bite-sized chunks. Store in a container with a tight lid.
