Sweet Savory Carrots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb baby carrots (or large carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks)
02 - 3 tbsp melted butter, unsalted
03 - 3 tbsp honey
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp salt
06 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
07 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced (optional garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it warm up.
02 - For whole carrots, remove the skin and slice into even pieces so they cook the same.
03 - Combine honey, melted butter, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
04 - Spread the carrots on a pan, coat with the garlic honey mixture, and toss to cover them all evenly.
05 - Place the coated carrots in a single layer on your baking tray.
06 - Put the tray in the oven for 20–25 minutes. Stir halfway to make sure everything cooks evenly and gets caramelized.
07 - Move carrots to a serving plate and sprinkle with parsley before serving (if you'd like).
