Spoon some rice into each bowl and then pile on loads of taco beef.

Cook rice following the package directions. Want more flavor? Try a splash of chicken broth or a pinch of cumin in the water.

Pour the taco seasoning and water in, stir really well, and let it simmer about 5 minutes so everything soaks in.

Toss ground beef into a big skillet, fry it over medium, crumble it up, and drain off any extra fat when it’s browned.

Right before eating, sprinkle each bowl with a handful of crushed Doritos for some crunch.

Toss on some lettuce, tomatoes, beans, and lots of shredded cheese if you feel like it.

Top it all with spoonfuls of sour cream, salsa, and either sliced avocado or guacamole.
