Zesty Shrimp Bowl (Print)

Seasoned shrimp paired with soft rice, crunchy veggies, smooth avocado, and a punchy spicy sauce. A flavorful, wholesome dish made in a flash.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional).
02 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
05 - 1 green avocado, sliced.
06 - 1 teaspoon lime juice.
07 - 1 cup shreddable carrots.
08 - 1/2 cup regular mayonnaise.
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
10 - 2 green onions, finely chopped.
11 - 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and veins removed.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
14 - 2 cups cooked jasmine or brown rice.
15 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
16 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
17 - 1 cup thin cucumber slices.
18 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.

# Steps:

01 - Toss the shrimp with oil and mix in paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne.
02 - Heat a skillet and cook shrimp on each side for 2-3 minutes until opaque and pink.
03 - Stir lime juice, mayo, and sriracha together until it's creamy.
04 - Follow the directions on the rice packaging, then mix in a little rice vinegar.
05 - Spoon rice into bowls, add on avocado, vegetables, green onions, and shrimp.
06 - Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle the spicy mayo on top.
