Cheesy Garlic Zucchini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes.
03 - 2 medium-sized zucchinis.
04 - 4 tablespoons of olive oil, extra-virgin.
05 - Kosher salt, to taste.
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
07 - 2 tablespoons basil leaves, roughly torn.
08 - 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the zucchinis longways, score the insides, sprinkle salt, and rest for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, sauté garlic with chili flakes till you smell it.
03 - Wipe the zucchini dry, cook it in portions till brown, and move them to a tray.
04 - Use the garlic oil to coat zucchini, bake at 425°F for about 8-10 minutes until soft.
05 - Sprinkle cheeses, broil until melted, and let basil finish it off.
